By accessing or using the website at luminousluxe.pages.dev (the "Site") or contacting Luminous Luxe Aesthetics ("we," "us," or "our") through any channel — including web forms, SMS, phone, or email — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit your information.

2. Services

Luminous Luxe Aesthetics provides professional esthetic services in St. George, Utah, including but not limited to facials, microneedling, chemical peels, waxing, and homecare consultations. All services are performed by appointment only in a private studio environment.

Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice. Esthetic services are not a substitute for medical treatment. Consult a licensed medical professional for any medical concerns.

3. SMS / Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and submitting any form on this Site — including contact forms, booking requests, or opt-in prompts — you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Luminous Luxe Aesthetics, including:

• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• Follow-up care instructions
• Promotional offers and announcements (where separately consented)
• Responses to your inquiries

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any service. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, and US Cellular.

4. Appointments and Cancellation Policy

All appointments are by reservation only. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service value. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and service names (including "The Skin Blueprint™" and "Skinvestment Plan™") — is the property of Luminous Luxe Aesthetics and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use this Site to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data
• Engage in any unlawful or harmful activity

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim.
